Design that does a job, not just a mood board.
Brand systems, ad creative, packaging, decks and print — produced by a US-facing studio that works in Adobe, Figma, Canva and Blender, and hands over every source file, font licence and template when the project ships.
What the output actually looks like.
Palette with print and screen values, type specimens, logo lockups and the layout grid every other asset is built on. This is the document that keeps twelve people making consistent work.
AI · SVG · Guidelines PDFBuilt at full scale with correct bleed and viewing-distance typography, preflighted before it reaches the printer.
PDF/X-4 · 300 DPI · CMYKEach placement cut natively rather than cropped, with distinct hooks so the media team has something real to test.
1:1 · 4:5 · 9:16Real master layouts and locked theme styles, so the fifteenth edited version still looks like the first.
PPTX · Keynote · PDFCharts and diagrams that make a complicated number legible in about three seconds.
Vector · editable sourceLocked brand elements with editable content areas, so your team publishes daily without a designer.
Canva · Figma · PPTXMost brands do not have a design problem. They have a consistency problem.
Sales builds decks in PowerPoint, marketing works in Canva, an agency delivers in Illustrator. Nothing is wrong individually; together it reads as three different companies.
Without documented color values, type rules, spacing and usage examples, every new asset is a fresh interpretation — and interpretation is how brands drift.
The first project costs the most. Every asset after it gets faster and cheaper, because the decisions were already made once and written down.
Twenty-four disciplines, one system underneath.

- Typical timeline
- 2–5 weeks
- Delivered as
- PDF/X-4 · 300 DPI effective · 3 mm bleed or printer spec · CMYK with supplied ICC profile · Pantone spots separated

Decks that survive being edited by someone else
A beautiful deck that breaks the moment sales edits a slide is a failed deliverable. We build on real master layouts with a locked theme, proper placeholders and chart styles, so the fifteenth version still looks like the first.

- Delivered as
- 16:9 at 1920×1080 · PPTX with slide masters · Keynote on request · Fonts embedded or swapped for licensed system equivalents

Design that developers can build without a game of telephone
Every screen is delivered as a component-based Figma file with auto-layout, real tokens for color and spacing, and documented responsive behavior — which is what makes handoff to our build team, or yours, take days instead of weeks.

- 3–6 weeks
- Delivered as
- Figma with auto-layout and variables · Tokens exported as JSON · Assets as SVG and 2× PNG · WCAG 2.1 AA contrast verified
- Component library with variants and states

The software, and what each one is actually for.
Five stages, and what you get at the end of each.
- 01Days 1–3Brief, audit and direction
We start with what exists: current assets, competitor set, audience and the practical constraints — printers, platforms, in-house tools. You get a written creative brief back for approval before anyone opens a design file, and that document is what we are both measured against later.
- 02Week 1Concept exploration
Two or three genuinely different directions, not three shades of the same idea. Each is presented in context — on a package, a phone, an ad, a sign — because a mark judged on a white slide tells you nothing about how it will actually perform in the world.
- 03Weeks 2–3Refinement rounds
You pick a direction and we drive it to finished. Two structured revision rounds are included on every project, consolidated into a single feedback pass each round, so we are not chasing conflicting notes from four different stakeholders.
- 04Weeks 3–5Production and rollout
The approved direction gets built across every asset in scope: sizes, formats, color spaces, dielines, templates. This is the unglamorous stage where most of the real hours go, and where the difference between a concept and a usable system shows up.
- 05HandoverFiles, guidelines and training
You receive an organized file package — sources, exports, fonts and licences — plus a guidelines document and a live walkthrough with your team. Every asset is yours outright; we keep an archive copy for twenty-four months in case anything is ever lost.
The unglamorous half, written down.
Brand colors are specified in HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone for coated and uncoated stock, with ICC profiles applied so what you approve on screen is what the press delivers.
We verify desktop, web and app licensing before a typeface enters your system, and supply the documentation. No project ships on a font you are not legally cleared to use.
Every text-and-background pairing in a palette is contrast-tested and documented, so your team knows which combinations are safe for body copy and which are decorative only.
Layers named, artboards labeled, unused assets purged, folders structured by asset type. A designer who has never met us should be able to open the package and work immediately.
Bleed, trim, overprint, image resolution, spot separations and font embedding are all checked against a preflight profile before any print file leaves the studio.
On final payment, all rights in commissioned work transfer to you, including source files. Stock and font licences are documented separately with exactly what they permit.

Graphic design questions, answered
The ten we are asked on nearly every call — cost, ownership, software, revisions and what we will and will not use AI for.
Start a design projectHow much does graphic design cost in the US?
It depends on scope. A single fixed-scope project — a logo refresh, a pitch deck, an ad batch — typically runs $3,500 to $12,000. A full brand identity system starts around $14,000. Ongoing design retainers start at $4,200 per month for a dedicated designer with an agreed monthly output. We quote every project as a fixed price before work begins, so there are no hourly surprises.
Do I own the design files and the copyright?
Yes. On final payment, all rights in the commissioned work transfer to you, including editable source files — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or Canva. Third-party assets like stock photography and typefaces are licensed separately, and we document exactly what each licence permits so you are never exposed.
Which design software do you work in?
The full Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Substance 3D), Figma and Sketch for interface work, Canva for team-editable brand templates, and Blender and Cinema 4D for 3D renders and packaging mockups. We deliver in whichever of these your team actually uses day to day.
How long does a graphic design project take?
First concepts land within 48 hours to a week on most projects. A logo and identity system typically takes four to seven weeks end to end, a pitch deck two to four weeks, a packaging suite two to five weeks depending on SKU count, and an ad creative batch five to ten business days. Rush timelines are available for an expedite fee.
What is the difference between graphic design and branding?
Branding defines the strategy and the rules — positioning, personality, and the visual system that expresses them. Graphic design is the craft of applying that system to real assets: ads, packaging, decks, signage. You can buy design without branding, but the output tends to drift over time because there is no documented standard holding it together. Our branding and brand identity service covers the strategic side; this page covers the craft.
Can you design in Canva so our team can edit later?
Yes, and it is one of the most requested things we do. We build a Canva Brand Kit with locked brand elements and editable content areas, so your marketing team can produce on-brand social posts, one-pagers and decks daily without a designer in the loop. We can mirror the same template set in Figma or PowerPoint.
Do you handle print production and work with printers?
We prepare press-ready PDF/X-4 files to your printer's exact specification — correct bleed, trim marks, CMYK conversion with the supplied ICC profile, and spot colors separated properly. We liaise with your printer through proofing and sign-off. We do not mark up print costs; you contract the printer directly.
How many revisions are included?
Two structured revision rounds are included on every fixed-scope project, consolidated so all stakeholder feedback arrives as one pass per round. Additional rounds are billed at an agreed hourly rate, quoted before we proceed. On retainers, revisions are unlimited within the agreed monthly output.
Do you use AI to generate designs?
We use AI tools for early concept exploration and moodboarding only — never for final artwork. Every deliverable is drawn, laid out and produced by a human designer in professional software, because AI output cannot be trademarked reliably, cannot be supplied as clean editable vectors, and does not hold up at print resolution.
Do you work with US clients across time zones?
Yes. We work across all US time zones with overlap hours scheduled to your working day, run reviews over video calls, and keep every asset in a shared cloud workspace so you can see progress rather than waiting for a delivery email.
