Community Payback

A share of what we build goes to people who could never afford to commission it.

This page is a starter. The programme is real; the numbers and named projects below are placeholders. Replace them with what the team has actually done, then delete this paragraph.

What it is

Every quarter we take on work for a cause that has no marketing budget — a charity, a school, a community group, a small social enterprise — and we do it to the same standard as paid work. Same team, same process, same review.

It is not a discount and it is not an internship scheme. It is a full engagement that nobody invoices for.

Why we do it

Most of what an agency does compounds for organisations that were already doing well. The skills in this building — search, paid media, a website that works on a phone — are worth the most to the people least able to buy them.

What a project gets

  • A discovery session and a written plan, the same one a client would get
  • The build or the campaign itself, delivered by the team that would do it commercially
  • Three months of support afterwards, so it does not stall the week we step away
  • Everything handed over in full: accounts, access, documentation. Nothing stays locked to us.

Who we look for

We prioritise organisations that are small enough that our help changes the outcome, and specific enough that we can point at what changed. We are not the right fit for a national charity with an agency roster.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] with what your organisation does, who it serves, and what you would want built. Tell us what happens if it does not get built — that is usually the part that decides it.

We answer every enquiry, including the ones we cannot take.
